SATELLITE BOREALIS 20TH APRIL: HARDINGFIDDLE-CARTOONS
The first Satellite Borealis this year will be shot out on April 20th. Lise Herland's (Oslo/Frekhaug) romantic and poetic cartoons will be screened as a accompagement to norwegian traditional minestrone-soup. This is how Borealis' contributes to the "Studentimpulses" - Bergen International Festival's unique dedication to the students in Bergen. In the lineup you'll find even worldfamous Norwegian pianist Leif Ove Andsnes and the Haugesund-trashcore-band TÅrabråt ."A Doll's house" is based on the drama by Ibsen. World famous actors from the world of early cartoon will play Torvald, Miss Linde and all the others. "Out in the Blue" is a romantic and melancholic trip out in the nature - with hardingfiddle live. The eminent hardingfiddler Brit Pernille Frøholm plays the fiddle to the film.
