Nora Mulder

Nora Mulder started studying classical piano at the Conservatory of Rotterdam (NL), later she studied in Paris with Claude Helffer, to specialise in performing contemporary music. Nora Mulder performes both composed and improvised music in solo recitals, as a member of contemporary groups, and in experimental theatre productions throughout Europe.
Her own ensembles are: "pianoduo Post & Mulder", (with Pauline Post), Trio 7090 (with Bas Wiegers, violin and Koen Kaptijn, trombone) and improv band “Corkestra” in which she plays the cymbalom.
In 2007 she released the cd “Béton Armé” with chamber music by Iannis Xenakis.
