The new Norwegian ensemble POLYGON works closely with living composer on developing new pieces. They combine these with works from the canon of contemporary chamber music. The ensemble’s members are also spread out in a great number of other constellations. This concert is built around a new piece by Sven Lyder Kahrs and Kritik der Urteilskraft by Michael Finnissy. In addition, a new piece by Ruben Sverre Gjertsen will be performed, alongside shorter compositions by Iannis Xenakis, Brian Ferneyhough and Erik Satie.
