Mari Galambos Grue is a vocalist with fascination for the voice's ability to express who we are and what we feel. She has grown up in Ullensaker in Norway and has a Master in classical song from the Grieg Academy. With the project Om avstand she did with Fredrik Hagen and Tor Anders Eri she explored a collaboration where author, composer and performer was to be seen as equal in the process of creating. In 2019 she recorded Hvoslefs Trio for sopran, alt og piano, and sang in the premiere of Alfred Jimenez' No drama: Synchronous acts of Silencing at Sound of Stockholm. In 2019/2020 she was part of the ensemble together with the trio YrrY for the mentor programme for Borealis Ung Komponist.
