Stefan Penjin is a Norwegian violinist from Hustadvika. He studied at NTNU, Department of Music in Trondheim, where he completed both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in performance. As a performer, he has experience in orchestral, theatre, and chamber music settings, with regular engagements including Trondheim Symphony Orchestra, TrondheimSolistene, Trøndelag Theatre, Operaen i Kristiansund, and Opera Trøndelag.
Penjin has participated in numerous projects and tours across Europe, Asia, and South America, primarily through his years with TrondheimSolistene. He has also received several scholarships and awards, including NTNU’s Chamber Music Prize on two occasions and the Vertavo Quartet Jubilee Prize.
