Hong Kong new Music Ensemble is one of Asia's leading groups for new music, established by William Lane in 2008. Renowned for their exciting performances, their productions extend beyond the concert stage, into interdisciplinary collaborations, educational outreach events and research projects with global artistic networks.
The ensemble has collaborated with the internationally renowned Guangdong Modern Dance Company, Alice Theater Laboratory, and the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra. They have premiered over a hundred contemporary works at prestigious festivals such as the Hong Kong Arts Festival, Tonyeong International Music Festival, ECHOFLUXX Festival of New Media, CYCLE Music and Art Festival and Wilsey Center for Opera.
